Tokyo is an amazing city. There is always so much to see. I would argue it is the same anywhere you live if you are stopping to observe the world around you.
Your likelihood of capturing great photos will significantly increase if you are carry a camera with you. I often leave a little early when heading to work so I have time to slow down and observe the world around me. I tend to get home a little later for the same reason.
