Richard
One of the many friends I made at Jay Maisel's workshop was Richard. Richard has lived a pretty fabulous life and enjoy much professional success. I imagine he also had a lot of stress in this life throughout the years to accomplish this success.
Jay was giving one of this talks and I looked over and saw Richard leaning against the wall with is eyes closed soaking it all in. He looked so relaxed. It was a nice moment for him and me.
