Slowing Down
Sometimes we are all running too fast. I try to find days where my schedule isn't as insane as usual and slow down and enjoy my commute to and from the office. I try to leave 20 or 30 minutes earlier and leave a bit more time for my commute home so I can slow down and observe the world around me.
