Hachiko Exit at Shibuya Station is one of the most popular meeting areas for 20 somethings getting ready for a night on the town. I saw this young girl waiting and thought she looked especially elegant.
This turned out to be one of my favorite pictures from that time. I'm glad I had a camera around my neck.
